Manhattan Real Estate Market Report - July 15, 2026
We're in mid-July, and as usual the number of homes listed for sale in Manhattan is diminishing. It's actually the lowest it's been in five years. Conversely, the quantity of signed contracts is still above normal.
Though it's summer, I have to think that if supply increased, even more contracts would be signed. Serious buyers haven't let up on their searches. With rumblings of potential interest rate increases down the road, we may also see new buyers entering the market earlier than they'd planned.
