Manhattan Real Estate Market Update

Manhattan listing inventory hit a five-year low last week. It already seems to be improving. We always see more homes come on the market in the weeks after Labor Day, but it feels like it's happening a bit earlier this year.

That's good news for buyers, who have been frustrated by their lack of choices. Given this pent-up demand, I've encouraged my seller clients to come on the market sooner rather than later (stay tuned).
