Compass' Q2 2026 Manhattan Townhouse Report

According to Compass' new Q2 Manhattan Townhouse Report, townhouse sales and contracts were effectively unchanged from last year, a testament to the ongoing appeal of these unique homes. The Upper East Side was busier than usual, with 42.1% more sales throughout the first half of the year than in 2025, though prices generally stayed the same per square foot. Downtown saw price declines despite strong sales, specifically a 24.8% lower median price.
