The Story Behind the Sale

Last week we closed on the sale of my listing 200 E. 27th St., Unit 2P. I was the second agent on this one. A wonderful couple I’d recently worked with to sell and buy their homes recommended me to the unhappy sellers, who are longtime friends of theirs.

​​It's a great apartment for an appealing price. Previously, there were barely any showings, not much marketing, and almost no communication. The presentation of the apartment failed to highlight its many great features. And don't get me started on the photos! I changed all that, and got us over the inevitable hiccups and obstacles that can kill a deal if they're not handled with finesse.

My sellers are unpacking in their brand-new house in New Jersey, where their toddler has been happily running around exploring all the rooms and outdoor space. I'm so glad to have helped them get there.
