2 5th Avenue, Greenwich Village: March Sales Data

My studio listing, 5B, was the only sale that closed at 2 5th in March.  It sold for $730K.  Two apartments are in contract: another of my studio listings, 2U, asking $725K; and 14R, a 2 BD/ 3 BA with a large terrace, priced at $5.295M.
