How is Q2 2025 Ending for the Manhattan Real Estate Market?

The Manhattan real estate market's spring season started with a bang, but it's ending - not with a whimper, but certainly not where we expected (or hoped) it would. The constantly changing economic and world news took a toll on the number of contracts that have been signed, which came in on the lower side of average.

The effect was greater in the under $2M range of the market than at higher price points. In fact, the luxury ($5M+) market has done quite well, with a significant number of contracts in the ultra-luxury, $10M+ range.
